Mental Health Awareness and Mental Health First Aid are essential in the workplace for providing employees with the necessary information, direction, and support if they or someone they know is struggling with their mental health. The company will continue to emphasize the significance of mental health in the workplace and provide support to all of our employees. Through doing this, we hope to reduce the stigma around mental health and promote it in a more positive light.
